openskills.info is operated by Lab42 Srl, Italy, VAT IT03677180121. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site currently provides free educational material about information technology. It does not currently offer user accounts, paid subscriptions, checkout, or contractual service levels. Any future paid service will be governed by additional terms presented before purchase; these terms do not create an obligation to offer such a service.

3. Permitted use

You may access the site, link to public pages, and use the material for lawful personal or internal educational purposes. You must not interfere with the site’s operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, use the service unlawfully, or misrepresent the source or authorship of its content.

Unless a specific page or repository file states a different licence, Lab42 Srl and its licensors retain all rights in the site and original course material. No ownership right is transferred to you. Third-party names, trademarks, documentation, and linked material remain the property of their respective owners.

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Italy have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction and protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
